Valley Green Retail Hub (Nellysford, VA)

Strategic Infrastructure Upgrades and High-Capacity Power Deployment for the VA-151 Corridor.

The Project Vision

Volt Virginia is spearheading a permanent utility transformation at the Valley Green property. By funding and managing a $50,000+ industrial-grade power upgrade (480V Three-Phase), we are modernizing this community staple to support the next generation of transit and retail capacity. Our 'Build it and they will come' approach ensures that Valley Green remains the premier destination for the Nellysford community and the thousands of seasonal visitors traveling the Virginia 151 corridor.
