Infrastructure Site Access & Walkthroughs
Coordinating technical site evaluations for the Lexington Flagship and Valley Green Hub development cycles.
Site Visit Protocol
To maintain operational efficiency and ensure utility stakeholders are synchronized, Volt Virginia batches all physical site walkthroughs and vendor inspections into specific weekend windows. This allow us to provide full site access and engineering support for all participating contractors.
Field Logistics & Site Coordination
Volt Virginia is currently in the active pre-construction and engineering phases for both the Lexington I-81 Flagship and the Valley Green Hub. To maintain our development timeline and ensure that the necessary engineering stakeholders are present, we coordinate all physical site access through this centralized portal.
To maximize efficiency and provide vendors with full access to utility infrastructure, structural components, and interior spaces, we batch all site walkthroughs and technical inspections into dedicated Saturday windows. This ensures our project management team is on-site to assist with your evaluation.
Please select your target site and preferred Saturday window. Once submitted, our office will review the request and provide a Site Access Brief, including gate codes, safety protocols, and utility shut-off maps for your specific inspection.
Status List:
- Lexington: Site Acquisition / Structural Review
- Valley Green: Utility Infrastructure / Grid Coordination
