2. Nature of Preliminary Studies: Any load studies or feasibility assessments provided by Volt Virginia are for preliminary planning purposes only and do not constitute a formal utility commitment or a guarantee of project funding via HB 324 or other state/federal programs.

3. Limitation of Liability: Volt Virginia LLC and its partners are not liable for any technical errors in third-party utility data or for any business decisions made by the site host based on preliminary infrastructure projections.
